Spring applies to a large area of northern Harris County and a smaller area of southern Montgomery County. The original town of Spring, now known as Old Town Spring, is located at the intersection of Spring-Cypress and Hardy roads and offers a charming small town feel with cobbled sidewalks, antique lamp posts, small boutiques and restaurants. Home to popular festivals as well as holiday events, the quaint town brings in visitors from all over the state.
Fun Fact: Spring is home to Olympian Simone Biles. Residents of Spring appreciate the easy access to Houston while enjoying the benefits of The Woodlands. Because Spring is so widely spread out, there are three different school districts residents may be zoned to. These include Spring, Klein, and Conroe ISD. There are also many private schools available to choose from.
Properties within Spring’s numerous neighborhoods, such as Benders Landing Estates, offer spacious lots, a country setting with private lakes, over-sized parks, walking trails, a fitness center and clubhouse, including a resort-style pool. Plus, residents get quick access to the toll road, airport, and other local amenities such as The Woodlands Mall, Hurricane Harbor Water Park and several golf courses.
